ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Entry Levels 1 and 2 

We offer you two ESOL courses that are ideal if English is not your first language. The courses will enable you to improve your English skills and become more confident in all forms of vocal and written communication, focusing on reading, writing, listening and speaking.

ESOL Entry 1:

Functional Skills English (Entry Levels 1 and 2 )

Functional Skills English is a qualification designed to help you develop your English reading, writing and communication skills and  apply them effectively in work and everyday life.

Essential Digital Skills Qualification (ESDQ) (Entry level 3 and Level 1)

Essential Digital skills courses are designed to help you develop the skills and confidence to make the most of the internet for work and life. The course will be offered at two levels, in two streams: Life and Work.

• Entry Level 3 – is designed for people with no or little prior experience of using digital devices or the internet.

• Level 1 – is designed for adults with some experience of using digital devices and the internet but lack key basic digital skills.
